Moulton are on their travels again this Tuesday (13 Aug) when they travel up the A45 to play Rushden & Higham Utd (KO 7:45).

Rushden & Higham currently occupy 15th slot in the league after 3 matches, with 1 win and 2 defeats. Their win came on the second weekend of the season at home with a 4-2 victory v Huntingdon Town. Both defeats have come away from home, 1-5 on the opening day of the season v Stotfold Res and last weekend against league leaders Desborough Town 1-6 (Total of 6 goals for; 13 goals against).

Dan Camacho made it 3-2 to Moulton in the 85th min only for Rushden & Higham to grab a point with an equaliser 10 mins into stoppage time. The match at home in April ended in a Moulton 3-2 win. Josh Melling gave Moulton the lead after 12 mins only for Rushden & Higham to score two second half goals after 52 and 72 mins to take the lead. Moulton were then awarded a penalty which Nat Ansu dispatched on 83 mins to level and Aaron Dickens secured the win with a goal 1 min into injury time.

The referee is Emmanuel Unuafe who as far as I can see has not officiated a match involving Moulton in the past.
