Moulton were back to league action when Raunds Town were the visitors to Bunting Rd. The Magpies were first to show and within 5 minutes both Archie Elmore and Nat Ansu both had chances, first Dan White set up Elmore but he shot over and then Ansu shot straight at the keeper. The home side continued to dominate and Elmore again shot over after good work by Ben Jackson and Luca Iaciofano and following a 4 man move Josh Adams pulled the ball back to White but his shot from the edge of the box was dealt with by the visiting keeper. The dominance eventually told after 17 mins when Iaciofano crossed from the right and the ball eventually fell to ANSU who finished clinically. The visitors showed little as an attacking force and Moulton continued to dominate, Ansu going close on 2 occasions once shooting over after rounding the keeper after being put through by Harry Chipchase and before the break Adams was unlucky to see a shot go just past the post.

The second half started much like the first and Adams headed down and over after good work by Iaciofano, Elmore and White. But with 55 mins on the clock the Magpies doubled their lead, White was again involved releasing ANSU on the right hand side of the box, he was driven wide and the chance looked lost but somehow he managed to find the net from an acute angle. Any chance of Raunds getting anything from the game was remote now and keeper Josh Durrant was a virtual spectator as the home side kept the ball well and frustrated the visitors With 10 minutes left Brodie Allibone replaced Elmore and he was soon in the action combining with Iaciofano to set up Adams but sadly he couldn’t finish, but with 6 mins left Moulton secured the points when Chipchase fed Aaron Dickins on the left and his cross was headed in by WHITE at the far post. Steffano Koffi, Joel Machakaire and Albert Mensah replaced Justin Mensah, Dickins and Ansu and within seconds it was 4-0. ALBERT MENSAH with help from fellow sub Allibone worked his way from the by line into the penalty area only to be felled from behind ,and with regular penalty taker Ansu already off the field he brushed himself down and sent the keeper the wrong way from the spot to seal a convincing win for the Magpies.
