Moulton are back in Brunting Road action this Saturday for their first home game since their 4-1 win v Buckingham back on 20 August. They entertain New Bradwell St Peter in the Gladwish Challenge Trophy (2nd Rd).

Moulton’s last win was their 2-1 away win v Pitstone & Ivinghoe Utd in round 1 at the end of August. New Bradwell play in Spartan South Midlands Div 2 and occupy 2nd place with 19 pts from 7 games (Wins 6; Draws 1; Defeats 0). They have an impressive goal difference of 24 having scored 26 and only let in 2 (although 8 of those scored goals were in one match). Their last 4 games has seen them win all 4 with 3 at home; 1 away (Newport Pagnell Town Dev 4-0 Home; Tring Corinthians 3-1 Home; Totternhoe 2-1 Away; Rushden & Higham 2-0 Home in the Gladwish Challenge Trophy).

Saturday’s referee is Andy Woolmer who last officiated a game involving Moulton back in April, the 3-1 away win v Long Buckby.
